Your group of 10 or more will receive discounted rates on lift tickets, lessons and rental equipment. And at Ski Sundown we make sure the planning process is hassle-free. So whether you have a group of friends, co-workers or classmates, skiers or snowboarders, beginners or seasoned experts, give Ski Sundown a call. A fun affordable trip is just around the corner!

How To Plan Your Trip

Please make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Call our Welcome Center at 860-379-7669 x204 or click here for our Group Visit Registration Form.

When You Get Here

Once you arrive at Ski Sundown, you'll be on the slopes in no time! Here's what you need to do to keep everything running smoothly. If any group member requires lessons, we recommend that you arrive at least 1 hour before lesson time begins.

Only the Group Leader needs to check in at our Welcome Center located in the lodge. (It is easier to distribute tickets if the group members remain together at an agreed-up location until check-in is completed.)
Provide a single payment in the form of cash, check or major credit card.
Pick up your tickets and distribute to your group.
Hit the slopes and have fun!!

And remember, if there's anything else we can do for you please don't hesitate to ask!

Daily Group Rates

	8-Hour start anytime	Night 6-10pm
1st Time Ski or Snowboard Package Includes a lift ticket to the Sunnyside Learning Area, equipment rental and 1 ½ hour 1st Time group lesson.	$58	$52
All Mountain Ski or Snowboard Package Includes a lift ticket to all lifts and trails, equipment rental and 1 ½ hour group lesson, any skill level.	$72	$58
Junior Lift Ticket (7-14) Provides access to all lifts and trails. For skiers and snowboarders age 7-14 who have their own equipment and do not plan on taking a lesson.	$35	$23
Adult Lift Ticket (15 & older) Provides access to all lifts and trails. For skiers & snowboarders age 15+ who have their own equipment and do not plan on taking a lesson.	$40	$26
Equipment Rental - (any skill level) Skis, boots, poles or snowboard with boots. Must also purchase a lift ticket or be a passholder.	$32	$28
Group Lesson - (any skill level) 1 ½ hour lesson for any skill level. For skiers & snowboarders who have their own equipment. Must also purchase a lift ticket or be a passholder.	$32	$32

Hours of Operation: 7 days, 7 nights; Weekends 8am-10pm; Weekdays 9am-10pm
Group Lesson Schedule: Weekdays 10am, 1pm, 7:30pm; Saturday night: 6:30pm (1st Time Package/1st Time Group Lesson only); Weekends & Holidays* 10am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm
Other lesson times are available by special arrangement

*Holidays: Dec. 24-31, 2009, Jan. 1, Jan. 18, Feb. 15-19, 2010
